    I started my workout week yesterday! I workout for 107 mins! 22 mins on the Stair-treadmill and 10 mins weights! then i walked around for 45 mins and the did stairs for 30 mins with a my 9 month old on the front of me!

    I did the Biggest loser power walk session one and two today. 32 min for two miles. A nice change from the elliptical.

    D1 L1 of 30 day shred -20 mins
    Cycle to work - 12 mins (downhill most of the way LOL)
    Cycle home - 20 mins (and uphlil....boooo). I went the long way round which adds an extra mile.

    Cals burned 470.

    Yay!!!

    I'll be doing Tae Bo for 50 mins 3-4 days and the other 1 or 2 days it'll be 30 mins on the treadmill. :)

    I am in.. I had set this for a goal for myself this week.. Now that I have gone public, I have accountability.. Ya'll help keep me going please, I am having a rough week and it just started and have already started looking for some excuses.. :-) I am going to Zumba for 1st time tonight at 530. I hope I don't break or shake something loose LOL

    Wow !!!!! You guys are making my day! :) Great job so far - I'm impressed.

    I just ran/walked for an hour. Ran 3 miles at 10 min/mile (for the first time ever!!!) Normally I cruise along at an 11 min/mile pace, so I feel like a rock start today! Walked the rest of it, for a total of 4.81 miles. HRM says I burned 606 calories. Woop woop! Even better, I slayed the foul mood I was in.

    so today i went walking at the park for 30 minutes at 3 miles per hour and i burned 92 calories. then i jumped roped at slow for 20 minutes andi burned 144 calories! so total i have burned 236 calories today! yay me! happy dance.

    Burned 886 calories today! Way more than usual. 65 minutes on the treadmill, 30 minutes shoveling snow (blah), P90x Chest and Back and Ab Ripper. Let's hope I can keep up the double workouts this week while I'm off. Good luck.
