Feb. 24th, 2011......Starting weight: 171.8.....Todays weight:...168....Lost 3 lbs toward my goal of 8 lbs for March 17th....Looks like increasing my walking everyday from 30 minutes to 40 helped....Good luck everyone..0

Current weight as of this morning... 150.0 lbs.
I suppose it's a loss, even if it's only 0.4 lbs. But my lowest recorded weight is 149.4 lbs so far and I'm working towards getting myself into the 140s for good. Sitting at 150.0 is such a tease!!! Hopefully next week. I'm getting tested for exercise induced asthma on Monday morning, gonna get myself an inhaler and then I'm kicking things into high gear to lose these last 10 lbs before summer!0 -

I missed posting start weight and goals, but since I've been weighing in every Friday already, I know what I was last Friday. I'd love to lose 10 pounds by the 17th if possible, so I'm gonna need to start busting my butt.

I have been doing most of my working out from home, with light weights (combos of 30 day shred, yoga, aerobics on Comcast on demand)... would love recommendations for at home workouts to really get my heartrate up. I also have achilles tendinitis which will never go away completely, so I try to not go crazy on high impact on my ankles.0 -
