Extra exercise is starting to work though becasue I have lost more inches and my body fat % has went down. Its only a matter of time before the scale knows it.

I missed posting start weight and goals, but since I've been weighing in every Friday already, I know what I was last Friday. I'd love to lose 10 pounds by the 17th if possible, so I'm gonna need to start busting my butt.

I have been doing most of my working out from home, with light weights (combos of 30 day shred, yoga, aerobics on Comcast on demand)... would love recommendations for at home workouts to really get my heartrate up. I also have achilles tendinitis which will never go away completely, so I try to not go crazy on high impact on my ankles.0 -
