2. Fat-free cottage cheese (a great staple for snack or pasta filling)
3. Arnold Sandwich Thins (A surprisingly great alternative)
4. Homemade soups (As I can control what I put inside)
5. Soy milk (Vanilla Silk)
6. Natural Peanutbutter (So good in small amounts with carrots or bananas)
7. Homemade pico de gallo (no sugars or added nastiness, all fresh ingredients!)
8. Homemade hummus/chick peas (Wonderful with veggies)
9. Fiber Rich cereals (Love fiber)
10. Oranges (Just adore them)0 -
