7-week challenge official weigh-in/support board

Here it is!! This is the official board for the 7-week challenge. This challenge (officially) starts Monday, February 28th for continuity. But if you have been doing your workouts already and have been since the unofficial start on Friday, you'll get bonus points for doing so.
***How it will work. We will have weekly weigh-ins on Saturdays. It doesn't matter what time on Saturdays, just whatever works for you. However, keep in mind that the best time to weigh-in is in the morning before you eat or anything, but obviously if you don't have time to input that info to this board you can always just do that any time on Saturday.
***Along with weigh-ins, this board is for support, comments, or anything else related to staying healthy. Along with posting weigh-ins on this board, you need to report you weigh-ins to your team captain. If you'd rather just tell your team captain than posting your weigh-in here, go ahead and your team captain will go ahead and post it for you.
*** Points (points are per member of group)
5 points for every weigh-in (even if you didn't make your goal weight or even lost any weight at all)
10 points if you meet or exceed your goal
25 points for every successful weekly challenge
These points might seem low but with 11-12 people per group, it will add up fast!
Be sure to encourage your team mates and work hard! I'm excited to see how this goes!
