Yeah, I did really well this week and lost 5 pounds. Eggs and exercise are my friend. I found that by eating eggs for breakfast I wasn't as hungry later on. And I didn't have a problem with not eating chocolate.

Hey Team East! I want to appologize, I have not been on here all week. I will not be able to do the weigh in at all. My daughter and I are driving out of state for the next 2 weeks, so I will not be on here at all. My step-dad is not doing too well, and we need to go see him. Hoping someone can help out with the weigh in. Hope everyone is doing well. Thanks! Post your weights on here.
