I love cupcakes. I am going to make these! I am also going to make these for my daughters 1st birthday. It is going to be cupcake themed and this way there can be a healthy option available too! Thanks0

This recipe has been on here before but I thought I'd repost it for those of you who are new or didn't see it Took them to a "Girls Night" party and nobody knew the were "healthy"-they were a huge hit!
Pineapple Angel Food Cupcakes
1 box Duncan Hines Angel Food cake (add water only kind)
1 20 oz. can crushed pineapple in its own juice.
Mix dry cake mix and pineapple together (no water). Fill cupcakes 2/3 full. Place batter in fridge between batches and it bakes better. Bake at 350 degrees for about 25 min or golden brown.
Delish and only 69 calories each, fat free! I put the nutritional content in the food data base under "generic pineapple angel food cupcakes". Enjoy!

I made these today I put the batter in mini cupcake wrappers. They were hard to unwrap and look burned
The second batch looked better I make the 3rd batch in a few. What did I do wrong in the first batch?0 -
I just found this recipe on here and was going to make it but whe I look at the cake mix box it says 140 calories for 1/12 of the box so even if you made 24 cupcakes that would be 70 calories each without the pineapple. Am I missing something?0

This sounds really good! Will try. Wonder if this would work with applesauce?0

Had these tonight with a little cool whip and diced strawberries. They were amazing! Only question is how to keep them from sticking to the pan? the box says no spray and they would absorb into the papers I think.0

That's an old weight watchers recipe. I actually blogged about it over the summer with pics For a low fat topping, I use cool whip!
