I am weighing in at 129!! So very close to my goal!!0 -
Weight today 255.
Goals: 8 glasses of water a day. I have not been minding water. + Switching up cardio, elliptical is killing my knees-must do the run walk thing as discovered the indoor track+ I want to lose 2 lbs this week. I have been dancing around the same number for a month and a half now. It's silly that I am comfortable here, it's silly that I fear getting smaller.0 -

I've stayed the same at 143.
I need to get it in gear! I haven't really been able to break past 142. No more cheating on weekends, I have to remmeber just because its Saturday/Sunday doesn't mean I can stuff my self on junk. So new week new attitude!

Still 170 today. But I am still holding water weight from TOM. I hope to lose this week.0

Um . . . I'm gonna take a pass this week. So, leave me the same as last week.
I will admit I'm up, but - It's pre TOM, I fell off the wagon with my water for some reason over the weekend, and I didn't make the best food choices. And, I didn't really exercise over the weekend. So, there ya go. Give me a few days and I should be back down again. I was at 200.5 by Thursday last week, so I really outdid myself to have gained what I did.
On a more exciting note, we went rollerskating yesterday!! OMG! Had a blast!! That's the first time I've had a pair of rollerskates on in probably 10 or 12 years!! I'm hoping I can talk the boy into going every weekend! His daughter loved it once she got the hang of it, so that should help! Great workout for the legs! And we were all exhausted last night!! And the calories you burn!!! WHOA!!!0 -
It's sooooo nice to see my ticker back in the 30's. It had been stuck at 29 for waaaay too long.0

@ 164.4 this week...this is the most I have lost since hitting my plateu two months ago. Hopefully now I can get back to loosing.

141 this morning, up 1 pound. I was at 139 Sunday morning, but we had a big birthday party for my mom and I did some damage. Frustrating!0
