I don't like accountability...I don't like keeping track of what I eat...None of this is "up my alley", but count me in.
One day at a time, one pound at a time. Short term goal is 10 pounds gone by April 1. I can do this!! Just eat less and move more, right? (AND...make sure that what I eat is worth eating )

Hello all! March 1st - 161

I am so happy with my loss but things were a little weird last week(Wed.) when I suddenly weighed in at 166 at home AND on doctor's scale. I'm thinking that it was water weight(1 1/2wks before TOM...always happens) so I just kept my ticker as it was at 161 starting the challenge. I'm fighting the bloating like crazy and it seems to be working, but it's funny how I can be 161 one day and 166 the next and a week later,:drinker: :smokin: :glasses: back down again with a 1 lb loss(especially after helping hubby celebrate his birthday...BOY, WAS I BAD!), although I worked out like a madwoman everyday afterwards...guess it payed off....YAY!!! Keep up the good work guys...we can do this!!!!0 -
According to my trainers scale, I started at 224. I lost 3 lbs so I am now 221. My scale reads a couple of lbs less than hers. Please restart my starting weight.0

Same thing happened to me!! I was 132.8 on Sat and 136.2 today!! Makes me crazy, but I know it's because I ate horribly this weekend and TOM is here! Maybe I'll have better results next week!0 -

Well, I am not sure about this weeks weight- it looks REALLY good, but I am not too sure... The scale I was using at school is no longer working (it was kinda iffy anyway) and the new scale I have at home says 264! Thats 10 lbs less than last week! I suppose its possible, I walked alot and was always under calories- but it seems drastic! I do feel like I have lost weight though... so, I am gonna stick with 264 and see what happens this week. Good lock everyone!0
