    Wow what an amazing job!! COngratulations and keep working hard as you are doing!! What an inspiration!! and yes the soda had a lot to do with it!! That can atest to me loosing the weight I have too!! :D

    Wow, thats brilliant, congratulations!
    Its such an inspiration to see somebody loosing alot of weight through hard work and dedication i.e. not laxatives or diet pills.

    Way to Go!!!!! You look amazing! Definitely an inspiration. My husband has joined me in trying to lose the remainder of my pregnancy weight and he has atleast 100lbs to lose so reading your post was wonderful. I will get him to read it tonight. Keep up the great work!!!

    GOOD JOB! I bet your wife was VERY supportive for you and I bet your family and friends are proud of you. I've only been at this diet thing for a few days and seeing your pics (a regular down to earth guy) helps out more than you know. I guess I never thought real guys (not the poster, pin up guys) really cared a whole lot on how they looked. Thank you for sharing! :)
