      That is AMAZING! Great job! This post shows me I can do it. I have 17 weeks till my goal and 35 pounds to lose. This is proof of the change you can accomplish if you set your mind to it. You should be be proud of yourself!

      Thank yo so much and I know you will reach your goal! You have to BELIEVE in yourself first, work hard and be disciplined! You will have to make sacrifices, but it will be so worth it in the end! I'm here if I can help support you on your journey!

      Wow, tears in my eyes for you . . . I started at about the same body fat, and I am about where you are body fat wise . . .you look so much more cut though! I absolutely love the red dress picture, you look FABULOUS. I am headed for a cruise in July for my 10th wedding anniversary and I think my husband would pee his pants if I pulled off a look like that for him.
