    Thank you for showing, not just telling. You have inspired me, I need to lose quite a bit, prob at least 100 lbs or more. For me the hardest part has been getting to come off, it doesn't seem to want to budge yet, but I am still making changes in what and how I eat, so I know my day will come. Again, congratulations and thank you for sharing!

    You are such an inspiration, and such an accomplishment!!! Do you mind if you I ask how you stay motivated through your weight loss journey? How did you stay focused? I tend to lose sight of what I'm trying to accomplish. I need to stay focused. Thank you so much for sharing. And you look fabulous by the way!!!

    Thanks for sharing your story. You are smart to make your focus be at the gym, getting fit. All those muscles and feeling good running around are SO terrific for you. And should help you keep eating well & losing the last bit of weight, bit by bit.
