I ate these last night and TONIGHT!!! They are DELISH! I made them differently though both nights. Last night I made it how you said and while they are low cal. I felt like it needed more filling. Tonight I added a teaspoon of PEANUT BUTTER, so I have peanut butter, nutella, banana won tons. OMG soooooooo goooodddddd!!!!!

I have one question though, when you made them, did you cover the whole thing in egg to get it crispy like yours looked??? Mine weren't as crispy where I didn't put the egg???

Can't wait to make this when I add sugar back into my diet. Sounds utterly deeeelightful.
Reminds me of the crepes you eat in Paris...except, well, those make you FFAAAATTT, and in only a week's vacation! :)

No, I didn't. I think I did spray them with the 0 cal PAM spray though and I think that is what made them crispy.
