    Best morning breakfast! Take 1 cup of dry oatmeal, and add 12 oz milk. 12 Oz Milk equals out to about a cup and a half of milk. Heat that up in the microwave. When it comes out, add 1 scoop of whey protein powder (about 24 grams protein). I use chocolate and it tastes good. Then, I add 1 cup of fresh fruit (Strawberries, blackberries, or banana). Finally Enjoy!
    I usually have a green tea with this power breakfast.
