Just let me say that most days i come home and exercise right after i get home from work because i know that if i sit down i wont be getting my workout in ~!0

I don't know how that happened! I've been exercising and calorie counting for a few weeks with no effect and then suddenly this week nearly 4lbs goes...
I believe this challenge must be a good luck charm! I'm going to up my aim to losing 10lbs as that would be amazing. In theory I've been 'trying' to lose weight all year but the accountability of MFP is the first time I've managed it.
Now the challenge is not to lose momentum - I'm pretty giddy right now.:happy:0 -

A loss which I am really pleased with considering I was expecting a gain after a very bad week both food and exercise wise.0 -
Oh no, the dreaded plateau! I've had a good week with food choices and exercise, but the scale is barely moving. I started weight training this week; could that cause some fluid retention? Oh,well... I'll stick to the plan and hope for better results next week. Calories in vs calories out-- it will catch up eventually. :-)
