What has been the best thing you've bought/used to aid in losing the weight? ie. equipment, dvds, tools, supplements?
A personal trainer
But also credit for my two gym memberships, Polar FT4, treadmill, food scale, MFP, supportive friends and family (although limited) Insanity DVD, and healthy foods0 -
Hands down, my treadmill.....a really good one, bought used from a friend who didn't have room for it anymore for $200.0

My gym membership and whole foods were the biggest contributor to me losing 27lbs last year. I'm hoping my fitbit (along with the gym and clean eating) will help me to lose the last 15lbs this year.0

I'm contemplating purchasing a training package at the gym so they can not only show me a few different routines to do in strength training, but get me comfortable enough to go at it alone. Right now (since I am still pretty weak!) I do strength training at home with 5lb weights. Once I need to move up to 10lb, I really just want to do it at the gym...0
