Hey everyone I update the spread sheet! I just have your last weigh-in copied over until you post your actual weight that way the spreadsheet doesn't go crazy. I also fixed the issue it was having of not picking up all of the days. Keep up the great work!!!0

Hi. Sorry I forgot to check in over the weekend. I'm still holding steady at 220 lbs. No lost, no gain. Hopefully my body will adjust to this strength training and shed some pounds soon.

no. If you have a lot to lose you can even eat under 1200 calories and lose.0 -
My weigh in for this week was at 194 only 0.8 lbs loss this week. I walked for 45 mins today. My girls have gymnastics on tuesdays and behind the gymnastics building is a track. So on tuesdays I go walking the track while they are stretching then I came in and watch their gymnastics. We have to exercise when we can and build it into our activities.Have a good , healthy , active week everyone0

I have a little drawer in my dresser that is full of candy. At halloween the kids kept giving me candy and I just put it in the drawer because I didnt want to eat it. I thought I will just eat one piece at a time when I want a little something. Well I have all except 3 pieces still in the drawer. I am so proud of myself before I would have probably eaten all of it that night or over the next 2 or 3 days.0

I had a sleepover with 4 of my daughters, my mom, and 3 of my grandkids. We started having an annual sleepover the year my oldest daughter moved out, but this year we included the grandbabies. We had such a good time. We played games, watched movies and mostly talked, laughed and enjoyed each others company. We had alot of snacks but all I ate was popcorn and mini rice cakes. My husband went and got donuts for everyone this morning, but I didnt have any. I just had oatmeal. So I had a good weekend.
weigh in 196.5 I gained 1.5 lbs not sure why. I was under my calories all week. I exercised 5xs this week. I even joined the gym.
Next week is going to be better. CONGRATS to everyone that lost week, good job0 -

Well as you can see I am struggling. Having a time getting my mojo back. Last week did not workout as much and 2 days I had fast foods. March is not going to be a good month weight wise becasue so far I am up 1 pound. It could be worse. I am gearing up for April to be a better month.

I made it to the gym this morning and got in a good workout. I think going after I drop my daughter off at school will workout good. If I come home first it is less likely I will go. I hope that going to the gym helps me to tone up. My arms and stomach are starting to have some saggy skin , so hopefully the gym will help. I did several of the weigh machines, plus the rowing machine, eliptical , treadmill and bike.0
