    Sorry for the weird sizes. It's the best I could do.
    I personally can't see a change between the 1st 2 pics but according to measurements I had lost about 3 inchs total all over.
    In the last picture, I haven't lost any weight but I had lost 0.25 in. in my waist. Plus, it was the 1st day pic of the start of Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred.

    It's not much but I hope it helps you in some way.

    I am so impressed and amazed at all the progress so many have made here and it is fantabulous to say the least. I can only hope and work as hard as I can that one day I can post a success story such as the ones posted above. It truly gives me hope and inspiration and the push to work and try even harder.
