Well it's never to late to get started again!!!! Just get started!!! My daughter and I started last year. For whatever reason I didn't keep up but my daughter did and she lost 100 lbs good for her!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and me, I should be saying the same but I can't :-(

But once again I started so if you want we can help each other. I need to loss about 70 lbs God bless us both!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would love to post some pictures of my previous success And for the record I only gained the weight back because I got pregnant again, not because I fell off the wagon!!! I maintained my goal weight for 3 years (within 5 pounds of it anyway...fluctuating) before I concieved again. Although I think it sounds like pics are hard to post here??? Anyone want to tell me how to do it

I still have a little under 30 pounds to go, but I've lost over 60 inches total and over 70 pounds since mid September. I'm pretty proud of myself for that! Also, I'm 5'10" with a very large build, which is why my goal is a bit higher than post women's.

You look great! Your waist is smaller than mine and I'm 5'4" 151lbs. I know you've worked hard and you look so amazing. I am very inspired to exercise. Thank you so much for posting! You look so good that I want to look better!

I think its interesting to see two people at the same height/weight and how very different our bodies are shaped.
There are a few pictures of people that weigh less than me and I think I look smaller.
