I'm at 170.4 right now and have another 5 or so to go before I am good with my overall loss. Keep it up MFP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I was too miserable with how I looked to take before pics, now with only 10lbs to go it is too late and I really wish I had something to remind me of what not to go back to. This is a nice thread.
