    I'm 5'3" and started at 170. I'm at my halfway point now (150) and have a picture to celebrate that.

    Can't see a big difference yet, but I'm hoping to see a huge change once I finish :happy:

    You stay focused!! Stay motivated!! Remember that eating well is most of the battle (some say 80%!) and exercise is just a bonus to help tone muscles and become stronger. You can lose weight by eating right alone, if that is all you have motivation for (for now :wink:

    Your arms and legs are way thinner! good job!

    After: 115lbs (my lowest was 107 lbs)

    After 2 years of maintenance 120 lbs (gained more muscle and got my breast done)
