    Stop doing something negative and start doing something positive.

    What a creative challenge. It took some thinking, but I think I've got it!

    STOP hitting the snooze button.
    START studying for the ASVAB (at least 30 minutes each day).

    This week I'm going to try to STOP drinking Diet Pepsi or at least only one a day. (I'm trying to quite drinking it, one thing at a time)

    Thanks so much for putting this all together! I need a challenge to motivate me :)

    This week I will STOP wasting time on Facebook and, yes, also MFP (not applicable to entering food and exercise, of course). My goal is to check them both no more than twice each day.

    This week I will START doing the 30 DS every day so that I can finally finish level 1!

    Can't wait to weigh in next week!

    I'm on the Jenny Craig diet and have been eating the food out of the tv dinner type containers - eating so quickly it is gone before I really taste it - complaining the whole time about how small the portions are.

    This week I will stop speedily eating out of those containers - Negative
    This week I will put my food on a "real" plate and enjoy the flavors - Positive

    That's some list you've got going there. This week I will be one of the losers - :wink:
