    Hi...can I re-join? I was in last year and life threw me a loop, so I had to cut out. But I'm back and ready to try something new. Anyway, my starting weight is 246 lbs.

    -drink 120oz water a day
    -work out 6hrs a week
    -100% accountable good or bad
    -more ab workouts!

    Hello Pin-Up Gals!

    It seems I've hit the dreaded plateau! Anyone else have something similar going on?

    My goals for the week:

    Increase water consumption
    Stay under my sodium/calories
    Workout 200 minutes this week
    Cook at home more

    I gotta get past this stagnant stage! I CAN DO THIS!

    Great job ladies!

    My goals this week are to drink all my water, crank up the exercise and be more disciplined with my food. Slipping on my food here and there which is adding up.

    I got an injury to my foot and started training again on Sunday. I was so determined to get back to it that I trained Sunday, Monday morning and Monday evening. Now I have sore butt muscles of all things! Really strange but thought I'd share that with you all! I guess my butt is getting firmer!

    Great job everyone!! I need to really focus on not nibbling on sweets etc that are lying around the office. I think as I'm getting closer to my goal I'm starting to slack a bit food wise, still under calories, but not eating the right stuff. Need to keep up with the exercise and eat more fruit and veg this week!

    I am also at a plateau but I have missed running twice this week which is no good, and have not been eating the best. Today is another day! Back on the band wagon!

    I posted my goals yesterday, but I'll repost them on this weeks thread.

    1. Drink all water everyday
    2. 3-4 workouts this week (1 down)
    3. Cook more at home, so there's leftovers for lunches
    And I'm adding this one:
    4. Have daily fiber in by lunch and stay under sodium

    Great job everyone! This week's challenge for me will be continuing to count calories while returning to work after a few months on medical leave. I have terrible shifts, which will totally mess up my routine, but at least I have a job.
  • Last week was hard! I went all week doing good, and then the weekend killed me. I tried sooo hard to do good, but we were on the go and had a party and event. It was crazy. I hope that I can get this under control, I try so hard to make good decisions, but it is so hard to even find an alternative.
