I lost 7 lbs so far, thanks everyone for the motivation and support...next month I am going to lose 10 definately...0 -

week 2: 277.5 (3/15) gained .5 pound
week 3: 277.0 (3/21) lost .5 pound
week 4: 276.5 (3/29) lost .5 pound
Total loss for this challenge 3 pounds. I'll make a final entry for this challenge on 4/1.0 -

So happy with today's results! I don't think I will be able to weigh in on the 1st since I will be away for a work conference. You can use my weight today as my final (unless we want to weigh in next Tuesday?)
My goal was 150 and a size 8 pants. Didn't quite make the 150, but I am making my way back into some size 8's that were buried in the closet for a while...so I'm pretty happy with the results!0 -

I'm not sure if I'm going to weigh in on the 1st, as these weights were recorded at my diet club on a Monday evening & my weight doesn't match when I weigh in at home.0 - 
            Dang it...138 weigh-in on March 29. Up one pound. I seem to have been fluctuating between 137 - 139 for the past 3 weeks, but the inches are coming off. I think I may stay away from the scale for a while, because it's really how I look and now how much I weight that I am striving for.0

            I've been MIA from MFP for a few days... took some personal time to just get it together and get my mind and heart back on the ame page... and it paid off! Not a big loss, BUT A LOSS!!!! First one this month!!! WOOOT!!!!!!!!!
