    It's proven that women who are close to each other get on the same schedule, usually that means physically close (living in the same house) but maybe in our case its emotionally :laugh:

    hey guys, i'm weighing in this week with a gain of 1lb :(
    This doesn't really surprise me though. It's that totm, and i just started the birth control pill so i'm sure that is counting for some of the gain. Last night was absolutely terrble too. I haven't had a drink for a while, and did one too many tequilla shots with the girls and ended up getting VERY drunk. This hasn't happened to me for probably 6 months, and lets just say i'm not feeling too great this morning. When i got home from my big night out i headed to the kitchen in a blurr and probably ate at least 900-1,000 calories plus. I don't even want to think about it, but i feel so disgusting. I feel like i wiill be in damage control forever!
    I'm reall angry at myself for leaving the last week of the challenge like this.... I'm hoping for a fantastic weigh in and week next week though.

    I haven't had TOM in almost 14 months...one of the perks of pregnancy and then breastfeeding!

    I'm 5'4. most of that weight was just weight that I gained during pregnancy!

    It's my TOM too! WEIRD! I think we all are on at the same time!

    I lost 9.5 lbs over the 3 months and 3 inches from my waist and 5 from my hips!

    Thank you everyone for being so supportive. I was 0.5 lbs from meeting my goal so for the next challenge my goal is to MAINTAIN! I don't want to go above 139!

    GREAT JOB EVERYONE! Congrats to the biggest losers and there are LOTS of double-digit losses! Everyone did a wonderful job and I am so proud to have been a part of this group!

    Also a HUGE THANK YOU to Kerri for being such an inspirational leading and putting in all the hard work of keeping track of everyone and the beautiful spreadsheets! Can't wait to start the next challenge, hope to see you all there!

    I feel a thousand times better now than i did at the beginning of the challenge. Honestly, i thought i wouldn't make it through and i was dipping into a depression. It's amazing how great diet and exercise can make you feel. I can't wait to get started with the next challenge with all you girls, thank you all for motivating me and listening to me winge! Here's to looking DAYUM HOT in a bikini!!

    My Mini-Challenge this week:
    1. Burn 350 calories daily
    2. Minimum Fat Burn of 20 min daily (zone measured on HRM)
    3. Minimum Fitness of 20 minutes daily (also from HRM)
    4. Always make good chioces, and listen to my body when I've had the 'magic bite'

    Tuesday/Monday Mini Challenge Results:
    1. Burned 459/572 Calories
    2. FB: 51/44 min :happy:
    3. Fitness: 21/32 min :drinker:
    4. Great Choices/Okay Choices (had a pizza party, but ordered thin crust veggie...180 cal/slice) :ohwell:

    3.75 out of 4 for me today/yesterday :bigsmile:
