    Every time I think this thread is dead, someone bumps it! Thanks to everyone who has posted since last time I said thanks. 10,000 views is kind of blowing my mind.

    As of yesterday morning, I was at an even 200lbs, puts me at 101lbs lost total now... next week the first digit of my weight will start with a 1 (assuming I don't go overboard celebrating my SO's birthday!) It's been a long, strange trip, but well worth it, and one that isn't quite over yet.

    Today, the first digit of my weight is a 1. I may gain that 1 lb back tomorrow going out for Italian for a double birthday celebration (mine and my SO), but for today at least, I'm in ONEderland! Considering when I started my weight began with a 3 - couldn't be more thrilled. :drinker: :bigsmile:


    Off to jog now! (in 30 degree weather, no less... WTF Spring?? :laugh: )

    Your willingness to encourage guys to a healthier state is so appreciated. I have sent this as link to my sons - 15 and 29 - as a "tool".
