These are my first weeks using MFP, and I'm excited about the results!
My starts and stops for this week...
-Stop staying up so late at night.
-Start exercising 5/days a week (previously only 2)
My favorite snacks right now...
1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese with 1T Simply Fruit stirred in.
-or- 3/4 serving of Chocolate Little Bites cereal (when I want the crunch).0 -
184.2lbs for the week. Boo. Only .8 this week after busting my butt. Stupid TOM. hahaha :laugh:

I started MFP a month ago at 162lbs. I think I've hit that 10lb plateau. I just figuring out a new trick to get myself to drink more fluids (which has been part of my problem - probably thinking I am hungry when I'm not) and I was sick for a week which kind of killed my exercise routine.
I'm on the right track at least!
Just bumped up to level 2 in the Shred so I think that will kick-start losing weight again, having more fluids, and I've recalibrated my calories and daily exercise time.0 -

No loss this week. But I am feeling OK about that. I am glad I was able to maintain my previous loss after a jam packed birthday weekend. But I am working hard for a loss next week!!

I've been trying really hard to be honest with myself this go around. Before, if I didn't eat well, then I just wouldn't finish my daily food log. If I gained weight, I would act as if I stayed the same. But when I'm not honest with myself, I am only cheating myself. So since I've been back on MFP, if I don't eat well, I still put everything in my food log. At least this way I can see the problem. So this week, yes I have gained weight. So sad, but true. But I just started a Bible Study Weight Loss Program at church last night (well starts today). I promise next week, my weight will decrease-not increase.
