      Just had a chance to read through all the comments, thank you all so much for the encouragement.

      A couple of people asked questions about how I lost the weight or did i have any tips. Basically, its as simple as this, eat less and move more. To begin with (I was dieting before i was on mfp) I would just cut out snacking between meals and i decided at that time to not allow myself chocolate or cocacola/pepsi (which i used to drink a lot of! these changes alone made a big difference. I used to write down what i was eating in a wee book that i carried around.

      I have to say (without sounding like im on comission...) that having mfp on my phone has made it soooo much easier to log, know how many cals i am having, and knowing how many cals im burning with the excercise.

      Its really as simple as eat less/move more! We are on to a good thing : )

      Wow Wee! Your LOOK :drinker: Amazing! I lost 30lbs a while ago & felt really good but gained it back so I can imagine what loosing 130lbs must feel like! You must be on top of the world right now!

      And I think your right about the toning :smokin: has taken the place of lbs (as you say stones) lost. It is all well worth it & I cannot wait until I can say the same. You have such motivation & would love to read your journey :flowerforyou:
