The scale is moving so aggravatingly slow...arg! I had been sticking to 1200 and not eating my exercise cals. Butmid week I started esting more. I want to see if this psyches my body into dropping more weight.

Ugh... not a good week. I was 149 starting the challenge. 152 when I started MFP a few weeks ago... I weighed in this AM and I'm back at 152. I splurged a bit too much this weekend... I really need a change in what I'm eating.0

Ok I already posted yesterday weighed in at 139.4 and have exercised 4 times this week! I would like to change my goal weight to 121 on 6/9/2011! That is my anniversary! Hope everyone has had a wonderful week!0

Gained half a pound, a direct result of mind games I've been playing with myself all week. Grrr! When we started the challenge, my weigh-in day was Sunday, but I changed it to Thursday to line up with our group weigh-in day. After a great loss our first week, I let myself get slack and for one reason or another I didn't exercise all week ( When I realized there wouldn't be a loss by weigh-in on Thursday, I decided that since we have a window of time to weigh ourselves, I would change back to Sunday. But guess what, I still slacked off. Sheesh. Thank goodness that I however continued to log on everyday even if I didn't log my food, I still read about other people's ongoing efforts and that always encourages me. I look forward to a brand new week with a return to a positive attitide and a genuine effort!!
