Keep up the great work, ladies!! It was a very hard weekend for me - got some terrible news and succumbed to emotional eating. Hoping to be able to rally this week, but I'm not off to a very good start.
My only goal for this week is not to gain again.0 -
Gain for me this week. I am a very emotional eater and this week was very stressful at work. Here's looking ahead at a much better week!
Congrats on a job well done for everyone; for success on the scale and all those NSV that help us to hold on when we want to quit!

° Go to the gym Saturday & beat my time of 43 minutes for 3 miles

Great job to those of you who lost and those of you with NSV last week!! Those of us who did not lose, let's just refocus and not beat ourselves up. Take a moment to figure out what we did right, and what we did not and move on. It is a new week with a new weigh in at the end of it. :flowerforyou:0

Overall great job lovelies! I'm glad to be back on here. Helped cater a friends wedding with another friend so I had less than 8 hrs of sleep in 2 days which really threw me off all weekend. Don't eat much but didn't exercise either. Haven't been since Weso my goal is to get back to my very missed routine!0

WTG ladies!!! 73 lbs gone forever!!! My goals this week are pretty simple:
-drink at least 88 oz of water a day
-Only one cup of tea a night
-More will power!!!
-Lose at least 2 lbs this week

I'm still not 100%, can't handle the stairs without wheezing & such so I'm going to ease back into it this week, hopefully by next week I'll be able to run again.
Goals for this week!
1. 3 days yoga
2. Walk everyday
3. Pay more attention to what's going into my mouth
4. In bed by 100 -

Aim for 10-12 glasses of water a day (I typically hit 8-10)
Increase weight for strength training
Add 10-15 min to cardio workouts
