    Keep up the great work, ladies!! It was a very hard weekend for me - got some terrible news and succumbed to emotional eating. Hoping to be able to rally this week, but I'm not off to a very good start.

    My only goal for this week is not to gain again.

    Gain for me this week. I am a very emotional eater and this week was very stressful at work. Here's looking ahead at a much better week!

    Congrats on a job well done for everyone; for success on the scale and all those NSV that help us to hold on when we want to quit!

    WE ARE KICKIN BUTT! My goal for this coming week is to clean up my eating! My swarm of visitors are finally leaving so I can stop entertaining and go back to carving a powerhouse! LET'S GET IT, GIRLS!

    All i want is a good weigh-in next week.That is my goal.:)I feel like Ive been stuck around the same weight and I just want to get past it and lose some weight again.

    My goals for this week:
    ° Drink 8 glasses of water daily
    ° Keep my eating in check
    ° Go to the gym Saturday & beat my time of 43 minutes for 3 miles
    ° Make my mini goal - didn't make it for the 1st :frown:

    Great job to those of you who lost and those of you with NSV last week!! Those of us who did not lose, let's just refocus and not beat ourselves up. Take a moment to figure out what we did right, and what we did not and move on. It is a new week with a new weigh in at the end of it. :flowerforyou:

  • Overall great job lovelies! I'm glad to be back on here. Helped cater a friends wedding with another friend so I had less than 8 hrs of sleep in 2 days which really threw me off all weekend. Don't eat much but didn't exercise either. Haven't been since Weso my goal is to get back to my very missed routine!

    CRAP!! I forgot to post!! Didn't even realize it's monday already!! I'm down 1.2 ish I think...165.8. Trying to stay focused :) Sorry!! Next week I'll report better!!! Sounds like a great week for everyone!! Great job!!!

    WTG ladies!!! 73 lbs gone forever!!! My goals this week are pretty simple:

    -drink at least 88 oz of water a day
    -Only one cup of tea a night
    -More will power!!!
    -Lose at least 2 lbs this week

    Hi all, another good week for the group, the numbers ate going down!
    Rach, I posted my weight when it was my Monday morning, but you must have missed it (my Monday arrives earlier than those of you in US :)
    This week I am at 83.5 kg (184 pounds), another kg lost, hooray!

    #1) Lose SOMETHING (I don't care if it's a half pound)
    #2) Drink 2 cups of green tea a day
    #3) Mountain Bike 3 days per week (in addition to the other stuff I'm doing)

    3. Go over my fiber and stay under my sodium

    I'm still not 100%, can't handle the stairs without wheezing & such so I'm going to ease back into it this week, hopefully by next week I'll be able to run again.

    Goals for this week!
    1. 3 days yoga
    2. Walk everyday
    3. Pay more attention to what's going into my mouth
    4. In bed by 10

    Great Work Pinups...getting back in my water routine and trying out some new things at the gym including some yoga in addition to my cardio. Hope you all have a wonderful week!

    I'm having some issues with gaining weight, I don't know what the deal is, so that's why I didn't send it in to you. But, great job everyone else!

    ok...so not sure what is going on other than i dont feel well..but today i ws 1.5lbs less than yesterday!!!! ahhhhhhhhhhhh! oh well next weigh in will be good.

    Aim for 10-12 glasses of water a day (I typically hit 8-10)
    Increase weight for strength training
    Add 10-15 min to cardio workouts
