    Hi. Sorry my weigh-in is late. I'm still at 188. I've been in the hospital with my 15 month old for half of last week, he caught the rotavirus and was severly dehydrated. You'd think with that nasty hospital food I would have lost some, but I barely moved the whole time we were in there. He was released on saturday and is finally starting to get back to his old self.

  • Ugh I'm so sad, I did so well this past sunday but with my TOM arriving I've gained 2ish pounds. I know it's bloating and that it will go away.. but it still saddening. But I'm glad it makes me want to work harder to get back to where I was, rather than quit because I had a set back. Yay!

    I bought some new "more accurate" scales yesterday, as my dad thought our scales weighed light......they did, because I'm 5.5lb heavier than I thought :(

    So I need to change my figures for the Easter Challenge!!!

    Start W: 179.5
    Week 1: 177.5
    Week 2: 178.5
    Goal W: 169.5

    Phew, back on track. Not quite where I was hoping to be at this point but I'll take it! I actually took the week off from high-intensity exercise after I felt so awful last weekend (I kept walking and using the Wii Fit etc.) so I feel like that's a great result.

    Next week, I'm back at the gym so I hope for even better numbers next week.

    March 28 weight: 146.8lbs (-2lbs) YAY
    April 2 weight: 145.6 (-1.2lbs) Was down more earlier this week but TOM now so went back up a little still a lose I will take it
    April 10 weight: 144.6lbs (-1.0lbs) Was down more yesterday but maybe retaining water I seem to do that if I don't drink as much the day before as I am used to I also didn't get up as early so didn't weigh myself as early today. Hopefully I can make my goal.

    Goal weight: 141.0 lbs

    Up .6 this week, the joy of being female :tongue:

    Next week will be a lot better as I am also running a 10 km (6 miles for my US pals) next Sunday morning. This is my 4th time BUT my first time after dropping almost 30 pounds and exercising on a regular basis.
