Not been a great week for carbs, but I've been loving the push up challenge. My overall calories are just under budget, so that's good as well.
I will update again tomorrow morning, but then probably won't get to update until Monday when I return from Savannah! I plan on making the push ups a part of each morning, perhaps even getting my husband to do them, too! :happy:

I can't believe I did 35 plan push-ups!!!! I have never been this strong in my life, not even when I was in 1/2 marathon training. The confidence it gives me unbelievable. I'm thinking I might even try a chin-up one of these days. Hey, I used to think I could never do a plank push-up and if I can do those (and 35 of them at that) then maybe I CAN do a chin-up?0 -
