    Kashi high protein almond flax cereal with strawberries and 1/2 a banana (my dog got the other half that fell on the floor) with skim milk and a starbucks caramel macchaito (non fat).

    I had one bite of my daughters chocolate chip waffle that had sugar free syrup and light Smart butter at home before I left becasue I was starving. When I got to work at 0800, I made me a Visalus shake with 8oz silk lite and 1/2 frozen strawberrie. Normally that fills me up till lunch but for some reason I am starving today so I ate a 90 cal Kellogs Rasberry Cheesecake bar. Oh, and I had a cup of coffee this morning. : )

    I had oatmeal with brown sugar and a little bit of dried fruit mixed in. I make mine with water (For some reason, I hate the taste of it with milk.). Keeps me hunger-free for at least 3 hours.
