I had my FAVORITE breakfast this morning. a 2 whole egg omelet with red peppers & green peppers on an arnold's sandwich thin with creamy swiss laughing cow cheese. DELISH.0

Half an avocado on one slice of wholemeal bread. I only allow myself bread every other day, so it was such a treat! I also ate 1 slice of wafer thin ham, for a protein kick.

I also just had and apple along with a cheese string...I've never been a breakfast eater and I'm finding it hard to eat anything at all in the mornings so I keep it light.0 -
