I had a cutie orange and a Fit & Active Protien bar from Aldi. I hate getting up in the morning so I always eat something quick.0

After gym (brunch): 1 c. smoothie (fat free yogurt, OJ, blueberries, banana), 1.5 scrambled eggs w/ cheese on 2 slices Pepperidge Farm light bread (374 cal.)
My day isn't usually "breakfast, lunch, dinner."
It's more like, "morning snack, brunch, afternoon snack, dinner, late night snack."0 -
