    Spinach & Avocado Omelet, Sliced Tomatoe, Mixed Fresh Fruit, Milk, & McDonald's Large Coffee!!

    old fashioned oats with brown sugar and orowheat healthful bread (love it at 80 calories a slice and its actually yummy) with justins classic peanut butter. all really tasty and 370 calories total. oh and lots of water too. I don't do coffee unless its starbucks skinny lattes. lol

    I usually just have oatmeal but I walked 7 and a half miles the night before and that PB was calling my name lol
  • I had tuna salad made from:

    1 can of tuna
    95g of tofu (about a third of a block)
    1 tbs stone ground mustard
    1 tbs kim chi (korean spicy fermented cabbage)
    just mix it all up!

    And an apple

    364 Cal, 7g fiber, 35g protein :)
  • 4 whole eggs scrambled, two pieces of toast!

    1/2 cup rolled oats (Quaker) w/ 1 teaspoon of butter and 1 teaspoon of brown sugar
    4 egg white omelet with salt substitute and pepper

    One serving of Quaker old fashioned oatmeal with 2 tablespoons of walnuts and 1 cup of blueberries. That keeps me going until lunch!

    currently enjoying steel cut oats w/TBS almond butter and .5 TBS honey and bowl of fresh strawberries. Under 300 calories.

    My favourite homemade Bircher Muesli. 370ish calories
    I just soak oats in water over night and then in the morning mix in low fat yoghurt, grated apple, cinnamon and then spinkle LSA and Wheatgerm on top. Soo delicious and filling

    its sunday morning at 12:34am so im gonna have to sleep soon. but yesterday morning, i had a grilled zucchini souffle :) it was from costco and comes in a few packaged dish. its 140 calories and i just popped it into the microwave! real delicious~

    A five egg white omelette with one yolk, 1/8 cup shredded mozarella, 1/8 cup feta. and 1/4 chopped red onions.

    One--12oz coffee and 3 packs of splenda.
