I wasn't hungry, so I skipped it. Usually it's a large naval orange on an empty stomach. It helps speed up the metabolism.0

old fashioned oats with brown sugar and orowheat healthful bread (love it at 80 calories a slice and its actually yummy) with justins classic peanut butter. all really tasty and 370 calories total. oh and lots of water too. I don't do coffee unless its starbucks skinny lattes. lol
I usually just have oatmeal but I walked 7 and a half miles the night before and that PB was calling my name lol0 -
I had tuna salad made from:
1 can of tuna
95g of tofu (about a third of a block)
1 tbs stone ground mustard
1 tbs kim chi (korean spicy fermented cabbage)
just mix it all up!
And an apple
364 Cal, 7g fiber, 35g protein0 -
