I'm 5'3 and currently weigh 204 (was down to 194-192 before my back injury) and my goal is 150. I started out at 250 in a size 20/22.
You ladies who have accomplished your goals looks amazing and such an inspiration to me!!
Here I am last weekend at almost 210 (super bloated). I am in a size 15 jeans in this picture but I can fit into 14's and some 12's.

Thanks for this thread. Congratulations to all of you who posted progress pics you all look amazing. I am 5'4" and begin my journey at 198 and when I joined MFP my weight was 186 I am now down to 175.4 and working toward 145 which I have not seen in about 9 years. I have not posted any pics yet but will try to figure it out today.

I'm in a similar boat as to the rest of you:
5'4", started at 175lb, down to almost 165lb now (soooo close, I can almost taste that 10lb mark). My goal is to get down to around 135ish.0 -
You ladie are such an inspiration. I am 5'4" as well and I can't ever remember being 150 and I'm just excited to see what it looks. Thank you for my new motivation!!0

Hopefully these will post (without being huge). I'm 5 foot 4 (and a half!) and about 133 right now.... down from 187. It didn't happen overnight, but it did happen. I hovered between 144-147 for several months.

Great thread!! I am 5'4 and started @ 190 now @ 169. Don't have pix yet, waiting to really see some change. All of you ladies are very inspirational! I have lost 20 pounds before, but sadly gained it back. This time I am bound to keep it off and lose some more especially with all of you as my inspiration. Thanks for all your posts!! I started at 244 here at mfp on Jan 20 and I'm now 217/218 & 5'4.....no pix yet......but I'm losing weight pretty fast, at least 10 lbs per month.0

Nice job ladies! Im not 5'4 but Im 5'3 so this is defiintely inspirational for me. My goal is 140 and the lowest I've made it down was 167.2 then I shot back up to 242.2 (pushing 250 some days). Im about ___ that close to being under 200 again and I can't wait!0

Thanks for the pics ladies! I'm 5'4.5" too and my goal is 130 (which I haven't seen since middle school!!). I started here at 206 and am down to 168 now. I've been in a plateau with my weight for about 3 weeks, but am still losing inches. Anyway, thanks for the inspiration!0

Great posts and congrats to all of you that posted great before and after pics .... I kept a pair of my jeans ... around a size 18 when i was at 198 .. I cut off the label so do not know what the real size is ... currently in a size 12 ... would like to be into a 10 fit with some room ... figured when i get there I will do the pic that the biggest losers do with the jeans in front of them as a before and one as the after wearing a smaller size. I want to keep that bigger pair of jeans always as a reminder ...0

HI...MY NAME IS HEATHER ....I'M 5'3"....I STARTED MFP ON JANUARY 1,2011....I HAVE LOST A TOTAL OF 57 POUNDS SO FAR. I STARTED AT 208 BUT MY HIGHEST WEIGHT WAS 214....I'M CURRENTLY AT 151 TRYING TO GET TO 145 BEFORE MY WEDDING IN OCTOBER OF THIS YEAR. You ladies look wonderful. Such inspiration. I was 250 lbs in 2006 and got down to 165 lbs then after my baby I went back up to 236 lbs. Right now I am at 210 and hope to be down to 155 very very soon!!0

I'm 5'4" and my final goal is 130 down from 210 lbs that I started out at. I'm now 197 and my first smaller goal is to lose a total of 25 lbs before my 30th birthday at the end of May. I'm half way there!!! :drinker:

Hello ladies I found this thread so inspirational I am 5'4" cw185 sw204 I Just started in january and have lost almost 20 my mini goal is 30lbs by summer and goal wt 145. How did you guys do it just counting calories or what kinda exercise. I started the gym last week I did the eliptical and some free weights. I only lost one pound last week and was fairly frustrated anybody got any ideas for me I would appreciate it. Thank you!! Everyone is can add me the more people for motivation the better.0
