How's everyone doing? I'm not a morning person by any stretch of the imagination, but I've been working out every morning for the past 3 mornings. (Small victory here!) I found that if I waited until after work, it was too easy to not do it, and then if I have the urge to in the evening, it's a bonus! Now I have to keep it up for the rest of the week!0

today is a horrible day. Ive been spending all my time with the pump in the backyard trying to keep the flooding at a minimum. oh, I giggle when people think california is sunny and warm year round. lol now I have to adjust my cals cause I just had to have hot chocolate when I came in. I was soaking wet. I also chased my garbage cans down the street. its been fun0 -

Ok, weighing in. Down to 149.6! That's 1 lb! Doing a workout everyday has helped. Not sure what to do for next week. Maybe do a little more? If I do an exercise in the morning I'll try to do something in the evening too, at least 3-4 times this week.0

I'm adding my weight from friday (my weigh in day) I'm down to 173.1. was 174.3.this week I'll work on more exercising and lots more water0

my goal for this week is to get at least 30 min of walking in 5 times.

SO its monday......my starting weight last week was 176.1 and when i weighed in was 175.5 so im down .6..better than nothing i guess!
my goal was no diet soda but that didnt work out....i dont know what to do for this week, i hutr my hip flexor last sunday and didnt realize how bad until saturday so i cant gym as much as i would like since i need it to heal...so i guess my goal will be to not go over my calories at all, which will be hard since iw ont have the exercise calories to eat back.0 -

I am on a mission to lose 10 lbs (45 total). No real time frame but I am serious about it so Mother's Day sounds doable. My challenges are eating out and not exercising on the weekend. 10 lbs sounds easy enough but I have been losing and gaining the same 5 lbs for about 6 months.
The kids are very supportive but my husband works evenings so it's like I'm a single mom... doing everything! My elliptical is in the living room so I have no excuses, I am actually thankful for it!
I am looking for a new job so I would like to fit into my suit better too. From last week, I am down 2 lbs so 8 to go. Happy sweatin' to all of you! :flowerforyou:0 -

This week I'm going to do L3 of 30DS for 2 days in a row, then do just cardio on the 3rd day (rinse & repeat and maybe take 1 day off if needed!).0 -
hi girls. I'm checking in at 173.5. so im down 2! which is amazing bc i wasnt exactly perfect and i have an injury for 2 more weeks and cant do ANY exercise
next goal........ill get back to you. i feel like my next weigh in will be a bad one regardless due to all the nonsense going on. wah

I'm not sure how I am gonna do for this challenge now. My gallbladder surgery has been re-booked for april 14th. If I lose the ten pounds, it will not be in a super healthy way! but I will see how I do for it.0

It seems I have hit a plateau, I am back up from my last week's post, 1.6 lbs. It sucks but what do you do part of the process. And this brings me to my goal for this week: do my damndest to break this plateau.

Good news: I'm down to 147!
Bad news: I'm in a really weird funk today... can't seem to shake it. Hopefully if I workout when I get home from work, I'll feel better.
I think I need to make my next weekly goal non physical. I will try to read to my daughter every night this week. We don't always get to it, especially if I run late, then dinner runs late, then she takes forever in the shower... It happens sometimes...0 -
