    Sorry forgot to weigh myself this morning. Will do it tomorrow morning, am hoping for a BIG loss!!!

    I'll keep track of my weigh-ins as above, I'm hoping it may be easier for Rosy to look back on the results.

    Starting weight = (14th March) = 188lbs
    Week 1 (21st March) = 185lbs
    Week 2 (28th March) = 184.5lbs
    Week 3 (4th April) = 183.5lbs
    Week 4 (11th April) = 180.5lbs (according to my Wii Fit and an NHS BMI calculator, I'm no longer obese! Only another 30lbs and I'll be 'normal'.)

    Rosy big BIG hugs I too work for the nhs and know exactly where you are coming from! Hope things improve soon and that you have some good stress busting mechanisms at home that help....vino is great :0)

    My results are
    Week 1 loss of 4lbs' - 226lbs
    week 2 gain of 4 lbs (was so annoyed) - 230
    Week 3 loss of 4 lbs - 226lbs again
    Weigh in tonight for week 4!

    I'm proper confused about which week we are on. We seemed to jump from week 2 to week 4 - what happened to week 3?? I weigh in on a friday so I think i'm the last day of the week but still mega confused.
    Couldn't weigh in yesterday due to having a crappy laptop! but have lost 2lbs so am now 185 and am no longer obese :) (only just though!) now have a BMI of 29.9
