Nice thick breakfast to start off an amazing Monday(first day of the work week) for me!!

I LOVE how many egg whites I can eat and still stay under 200 calories, and it's always been my favorite part of an egg, so I'm not missing anything

Not the best but not bad since I have to work on a saturday and I usually don't. This is not a normal breakfast for me. Well oatmeal is but not the chai latte

Homemade carrot cake muffin - 204 calories. Contains pineapple, grated carrot, nuts, raisins, partial whole wheat flour, eggs, some sugar. Made a batch yesterday and froze them so I can take one out at a time as needed.0
