everything crossed for you! I remember I was mega good for 3 weeks and working out etc and lost nothing for the whole 3 weeks was so upset I was sure I would lose some BUT after that I have lost weight every single week So if you don't lose anything dont let it bring you down just stick at it it will all come in the end ))) Im sure you will be fine though0 -

March 28 weight: 146.8lbs (-2lbs) YAY
April 2 weight: 145.6 (-1.2lbs) Was down more earlier this week but TOM now so went back up a little still a lose I will take it
April 10 weight: 144.6lbs (-1.0lbs) Was down more yesterday but maybe retaining water I seem to do that if I don't drink as much the day before as I am used to I also didn't get up as early so didn't weigh myself as early today. Hopefully I can make my goal.
April 17 weight: 143.8lbs (-0.8lbs) I was down lower yesterday but had lots of sodium too so hopefully a good clean day today will help with that. Only one weigh in left.

A 3lb loss for me this week .
A higher loss than previously but evens out overall.
Its not just the scales that I am noticing the loss in now though inches are creeping off and I am finding myself swamped in clothes when I try them on, because my instinct is still to go for the 24's and such. How long does it take for our minds perception of ourselves to follow our new size??:blushing:0 -
