    I think I am really going to cry. We had a party at our house this past weekend (my hubby got a new job) and I did GREAT... I even had an apple when everyone else was eating junk... I was not able to workout, BUT i did so much yard work (we have land)... I never stopped working...

    I am up again... Not buy much, but still 3 lbs higher then I wanted to be... I know everyone says that its not the number but how your clothes are fitting... well mine are the same :( My bridesmade dress came in early and it is to small :( I really want to cry, but I guess i already said that...

    Goal weight on April 30th: 145

    04/01: 153.5 (up almost a lb this week :()
    04/08: 151.8 (goal 151)

    I am glad to see that there are some great numbers out there. Keep up the great work everyone. Lets kick butt this week we are half way there :)

    You need to shake it off, and just keep on going.
    If you are sore... you may have water weight in your muscles.

    At the half-way mark, but I'm still 3.4 lbs away from my goal! I'm gonna have to step it up if I'm gonna make it this month! Either way, a loss is a loss, and I'll take it.

    i am so annoyed! last weekend must have really debilitated me, because even after being under all week, drinking so much water and walking everyday, im up a pound!

    im up even more today, it was dads birthday yesterday and i had a slice or 2 of cake... and homemade pizza :laugh:

    im worried, because i always eat more and weigh heavier when at home. i just came home from college for 3 weeks, gah! i dont want to sabotage the last few weeks of this challenge for me, so im gonna have to get my butt in gear if i wanna drop the 5lbs i need in 2 weeks!

    Had a great NSV today. My boyfriend was wearing jean shorts today and I mentioned they looked a little baggy on him, which they do. So, after doing yard work and gardening, he took a shower and changed. I saw the shorts on the ground and decided to give them a go. They fit perfectly. I was pretty excited about that considering he wears a 34 and they even fit my hips and if they weren't so boyish, I'd consider wearing them out of the comfort of the house.


    So yeah, I thought it was pretty cool that I can now wear his pants. :P

    I just weighed myself this morning and I weigh 153.8!! That sounds much MUCH better. That makes my pounds lost: 2.8

    Sorry I didn't post sooner, my internet has been down for a couple days. I'm happy that I've lost a little more this week. I'm still disappointed that it's not more, but I think that I'm bloated today which doesn't help. I had quite a bit of sodium this weekend and it's my TOM! That makes me hopeful that maybe next week I will finally have a significant drop in my weight, which I haven't had in a long time.

    I have been doing the turbo fire work outs and I love them. It has been fun and I am trying to work out at least 5 days a week. Last week I still ate a bunch of crap while working out and didn't notice much difference. But this week I tried to be very watchful of my diet and put a lot more effort into it. ANd it helped! I shaved off 2 lbs and an inch off my belly/hips. So I just got to keep it up!!! Good Luck to all of you!!!!!!!!!!!

    I think I ate just about everything that wasn't nailed down yesterday. Add that to having an awful night last night (teething baby), and being up since 5 this morning, I am just SO tired and sluggish. I hate this feeling.

    Gotta find something good to put in my body asap!
