    It's probably water weight, so don't worry about it so much. Easy way to get rid of water weight is to drink lots of water and eat foods that are natural diretics:
    •Asparagus
    •Brussel Sprouts
    •Cabbage
    •Carrots
    •Cucumbers
    •Lettuce
    •Oats
    •Tomatoes (also aid metabolism)
    •Watermelon
    •Watercress
    ...and try to eat less sodium, Also, tea at night (green tea, and the smooth move tea specifically) will help you get rid of a lot of the junk in your stomach the next morning.

    Thanks! I didn't know that about the tea at night--I'll have to try it! What is smooth move tea? I can figure out what it does, but I've just never heard of it.

    The chart looks great!! I'm sorry but I won't have a weight for Friday April 8th as I will be out of town for 3 days. Hopefully will be able to eat sensibly and come back with a great loss on the 15th. Good luck to everyone. Almost forgot my new thing to try was flax seed. Have always heard how good it is for us but have never even bought it. A friend made some muffins using the recipe on the package and they were delicious ... so I went to the store and bought a package. Now I'm looking forward to finding new ways to use the flax seed.

    So after the green smoothie debacle I had a hard time trying to figure out something new. Then it hit me! I will be done with ChaLean Extreme tomorrow so earlier this week I decided to purchase Turbo Fire. Well I tried Turbo Fire today and I loved it!!! What a work out, after 30 minutes I was drenched in sweat and had burned 433 calories! WOOT!!!!! Doesn't get any better than this!

    It's been a pretty good week of walking. However, over the past weekend, I think I gained a lot of water weight (155lbs. on Sunday ). So, this week has been spent on trying to get that off!

    Not the results I was hoping for, but I'm not surprised. Despite eating on track 95% of the time, and exercising hard, I didn't lose (or gain) an ounce. This is almost 4 weeks at the same weight, and I'm getting really frustrated. :grumble: Hope next week is better!
