    as had an edoscopy this week i weighed myself 2 days early and had lost 1.5lb but i decided to write this week off to be fair and say im staying the same. if i really have lost weight it will look good next week.

    Completely forgot to weigh in on Friday. My weekend was super crazy and any fitness plan pretty much went down the drain as of Friday. Hoping for a better loss next week, finger-crossed!

    Why does the weekend make for really unhealty eating! Ggrrrr! Went gym both sat and sun, but I also had chinese on sat and chips and sauage, and mini doughtnuts on sun! Gggrrrr

    Hey guys,

    Thanks all for coming back. We now have 59 participents. As a group from the start we have 440..2 pounds to loose and so far we have lost....175.8!!!! Woo hoo!!! We are doing great guys! Lets kick some butt this week!! and get that number at least half way past our goal! I would like to Say well done to pat21532 who is out biggest looser to date :) He is also our biggest looser this week.

    Hi All
    Going away in the caravan to Rothbury, Northumberland NE England for 5 days so will not get chance to weigh in on Friday so will give my weight tomorrow and just hope all the hiking and outdoor exercise combats the BBQ's and Wine? Ha-Ha

    So chuffed, I have just been eating sensibly and not being on a 'diet' has stopped me wanting to binge!!!

    Only 1 to go for my target for this challenge which should be achievable taking healthy eating + a few easter treats in to account!
