I know, I know. I suck and keep forgetting to weigh in on Monday's well, that and a couple of bad weeks.

I weigh in at 178 thats up 2 pounds....
I'm actually happy about that becuase that is the least amount of weight gain I ever had at TOM plus I didnt eat very well this week either...Hoping for a good weigh in next week0 -
224.4 for me! So happy to be entering the low end of the 220's
This weeks goals:
- Busy week ahead, schedule work outs in advance (and get back into Jillian's 30DS on those busy days - its less than 30 min!)
- Keep up with water intake while traveling
- Be mindful of food choices while traveling too... always a downfall for me!0 -
TOM...194.2- ugh- up. Good news is I'll have to be back down next week. Challenging week ahead as my son has 4 baseball games this week and they all end late- but I'm going to plan ahead this time and make healthy casseroles (is there such a thing??!) or something I can whip up as soon as we get home- rather than the usual fast-food "I'm starving- I don't care what I eat" option. I'm going to challenge myself this time.0

I am going to say I am up 2lbs to 220. I have had a couple bad weeks, and TOM etc etc and my scale was acting weird this morning. Talk about frustrating, but I think my cold is far enough along that I should be able to attempt a workout tonight. And I will do it!0

I'm in at 200.5. Up 1/2 pound. I was at 199 on Saturday morning, so no idea where I went wrong yesterday. Was only over my calories by about 100 yesterday. It's my mom's house. It has to be. Happens every time I go there.

Hello everyone! my last weigh in last week showed me at 200, SO close to ONEderland! Then this week I was up .8 I'm hoping it was only due to TOM and will be gone by next weigh in. Vegas in a few days for me, I hope I don't ruin all my hard work in a few days0

Weighing in at 188.6 this week. Been having a great month so far. My goal this week is to write my research paper for my American Indians of California class.
Keep up the great work girls. I'm loving that everyone is determined to stick with it despite any hitches or glitches along the way. Perseverance is the key, always. Whether you had a gain or a loss this week I'm very proud of everyone who's decided to join on this journey towards health and well-being. You're all beautiful, inside and out.0 -
