Wow, that sounds awesome! Not only is it low in cals but you also sneak a veggie into it.

    what does bump mean?

"Bump" is just a way to add the post to your "My Topics" file so you can return to it easier than having to sift through every recent post. It's also a way to save a post when you don't really have anything you need to say.

I am SO trying this! I hate cauliflower, but love Alfredo. This could be a WIN-WIN situation!

    Thanks!

I'm definitely trying this one...........oh please don't get my hopes up for nothing! LOL I LOVE alfredo sauce.

Are you using minced garlic, crushed, paste, what? And how did you cook your cauliflower? I'm wondering if I could microwave it to get it to the right consistency?

I tried this tonight. I don't originally like Alfredo too much, so I think the last time I had it was in high school. I don't really remember what it tastes like, but this was very tasty. I added more garlic and salted with garlic salt. I used it as a based for my tortilla pizza and it was very good.

    All that for 90 calories--awesome!

Wondering if maybe anyone tried making this and how they went about it? Did you bake the cauliflower or boil it? What about using chicken/vegetable broth instead of water?
