    I'm in -- more motivation to get extra days in the gym!

    I'll echo the carrying around of a water bottle -- makes it super-easy to track what you've drunk. I also like to add a slice of lemon or cucumber to my water for a little flavor. Good stuff!

  • Perfect timing! I have this week off so should be able to do the 45mins. Count me in :)

    I did 25 minutes of exercise today, I could double it easily for tommorow, spent too much time enjoying the bank holiday sun!

    Today was a rough day for me!! I did not do well with my water but, I was able to at least get a walk in!!!!

    Oh wow - a water and exercise week is definitely needed after a 4-day camping weekend:D I will definitely not make it for today but will start tomorrow - looking forward to it!

    I didn't get quite the workout I wanted - work was super busy and I was running back and forth through the store for the first 5.5 hours and spent the last 1.5 hrs restocking the shelves which involved lugging 15lbs boxes around. Work is also the reason for the water intake as I am unable to go to the washroom for 4-5 hours/shift while I'm in the store alone.

    Morning! So nice to see the sunrise at 5:50am this morning and realize I actually get up in the morning (and not in the middle of the night, ha-ha!). Exercise done for today (1 hour with my trainer, woo!), sucking down water like there's no tomorrow, so I'm sure I'll make that goal.
