Slim Down for September Challenge

Please join me as I challenge myself to slim down before September 1! We will report every Monday on our official weight for the last week. (If your normal weigh in day is Friday, that's the weight that you would report on Monday!) Each week we'll have a new challenge. Some examples would be drinking 8 cups of water of a day for the week, increasing your exercise by 30 minutes for the week, cutting back on sugar/sodium/etc etc etc for the week, and the list could go on. If you have suggestions for the challenge, go ahead and throw 'em out there! We'll definately use them. Here are the report days between now and September 1:

My current stats are:
CW: 164 lbs
GW: 160 lbs
I will be taking measurements later this week and adding those into my stats. (Busy week, and not a lot of time to get them done!)

    I'm in! My current weight is 154, ultimate goal weight is 115 and I'll send my measurements next time I take them! :)

    I usually don't measure myself though :( I like to see my progress with the numbers on the scale...but I'm game for anything else :)

    I will join you! And a suggestion for a challenge...a week without soft drinks. Or cut back to half the usual amount. That actually might kill me...but up for a challenge. :)

    I would love to! I was given the opportunity to run the NYC marathon in November for a charity that is near and dear to my heart. I would love to drop some weight.

    137 is my current
    110 is my UGW, my mini goals are 135, 129, 125, 119, 114, and 112.lol

    A good challenge would be like a daily circuit (like jumping jacks, hop from side to side, squt and kicks, etc)
