Ok I did the easter one but i had a hard time posting on here so I want to try again these small goals really help me.
My current weight is 168- my goal by July 4th is 145
I am at a stuck point right now so i am not doing as well with the motivation. I hope these challenges will help me!0 -

Sorry I am a day late in posting my weight and measurements, but here they are:
Weight = 180.8 pounds (I gained a couple pounds over Easter)
Neck = 13.5
Waist = 34
Hips = 40.5
Thigh = 25
Goal weight = 165 pounds!

Drinking 8 cups of water is turning out to be way harder than I thought. It's been suggested to drink through a straw though.
