    Im joining late...but better late then never! I did go walking yesterday for 40 min and on sunday i worked out for 1 hr 20 min...ill start tom! i am praying for the rain to stay away so i can run in the morning will keep u posted!

    Whoa, caffeine headache today!! I have really been trying to only drink water this week, and today I could feel it! I normally only drink diet cola, and rarely drink water. So this challenge has been great for me! Minus the headache! Hoping that by the end of the week, my addiction will be less!!
