Whoa, caffeine headache today!! I have really been trying to only drink water this week, and today I could feel it! I normally only drink diet cola, and rarely drink water. So this challenge has been great for me! Minus the headache! Hoping that by the end of the week, my addiction will be less!!0 -

I just realized that I did not calculate my water correctly :blushing: and for some reason mfp would not allow me to edit!!??:noway: Both days I had 4 bottles of water X 16.9 oz. = 67.6oz. of water daily!!! Still did not meet my water goal. I definitely need to try harder!!!0 -
