30,000 Calories Burn Challenge

It's gonna be simple, er, so to speak... burn 30,000 calories from April 25th (today) until May 31st. You can do it in any way you can. Biking, walking, swimming, etc, just get those calories burned!! I started the post for a few friends who decided to help keep me in check and vise versa, now we have a place to keep better track :)

Anyone can join whenever they are able to, just make sure to have a 36day span. If you want to join, post your SW and then check back in once a week with your weekly calorie burned total (and your weight if you want to weigh in weekly).

No 'rules' or anything and this is open to anyone who wants to get their burn on. If you feel like posting your totals daily, go for it, not doing so good one week and need motivation, post away :) We're all here to help everyone get a movin' :)

    Yeah I am definately in, doubt my children will allow me the time to make it that far, but I will give it a good bash :)

    I will have to post every time I workout or I will forget and get lost.

    This sounds great, I'll give it my best shot!

    SW: around 131, I'm not looking to lose anymore so won't be posting weight each week but I'll post my weeks total burned. Want to increase fitness levels and any added cals to eat is a bonus! :)

    So far, my burned calories are:

    25th: 1250 calories burned
    26th: 580 calories burned

    only a HUGE CHUNK LEFT! :)

    Wait? is the goal 834 calories per day? How does a person even get that much exercise in?
